As a commercial property advisor and investor, Edward closely follows market dynamics and understands the needs and concerns of discerning investors.
Edward oversees the day-to-day operations of Bespoke Financial Group, playing a key role in charting overall strategy and driving operational excellence and innovation. First and foremost, however, Edward ensures that the Bespoke team keenly understands and always serves the goals and objectives of its esteemed clientele.
This unwavering fiduciary duty to Bespoke’s clients requires consistent communication and collaboration with clients and allied partners, to identify and mitigate any investment-related, legal and regulatory compliance concerns and risks.
Edward is also a seasoned commercial investment advisor specializing in multifamily, hospitality, and retail investment sales, as well as ground-up development projects.
Prior to his recent years in commercial real estate brokerage, he helped drive I.T. systems integration, program development and pilot-testing for several major alternative energy project financing programs, involving the largest California utility companies and the State of California. He also served as a land-rights consultant for PG&E, the state’s largest utility.
Edward is a graduate of the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
